• FA2C-ABBAX manufactures PET bottles & jars, which are being used for Mineral Water, Edible Oil, Pesticides, Pharmaceuticals, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Liquor, Cosmetics and Confectioneries.
• Production Capacity 1900 to 2000 bottles / hour for 19mm - 30mm neck diameter size.
• Product Capacity 30ml to 2litres.
• Unique Bottle Auto Clipper is used for online filling system and bottle ejection. Machine is equipped with FESTO Cylinders, PARKAR Blowing valves, Yuken Hydraulic Motor Pack and SARIKA - Programmable Logic controller.
• Fully electrical automatic preform loader & 160 character LCD display programmed with two high speed Intel 8051 MICROCONTROLLER are provided for easy operation. Hydraulic clamping with 7.5 HP motor enables adjustment of mould opening dimension according to the product volume.
